Scale Drawings and Scale Factors: Sample FAST Questions

Students solve problems involving the dimensions and areas of figures in scale drawings. The scale factor is the constant of proportionality between corresponding lengths, and students learn that when lengths scale by k, the corresponding areas scale by k squared, so doubling every side multiplies the area by four.

How the FAST tests this benchmark
